Key challenges included streamlining appointment scheduling, managing customer inquiries efficiently, and clearly communicating their services and expertise to build customer confidence, especially as an independent provider.
We developed a responsive, modern single-page website integrated with a PHP backend. The solution includes an intuitive online appointment booking system, a contact form, and automated email confirmations for seamless communication. A secure admin panel allows staff to manage all submissions, supported by robust client-side and server-side form validation and Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention.
