AIMS Lab: Research and Content Management Platform
This project is a comprehensive web application and Content Management System (CMS) for the Advanced Intelligent Multidisciplinary Systems Lab (AIMS Lab), a research laboratory at the department of Computer Science and Engineering of United International University, Bangladesh.
The AIMS Lab platform serves two primary purposes:
- To be the public-facing digital identity of AIMS Lab, showcasing its mission, research, personnel, and achievements to the world.
- To provide a secure and intuitive administrative backend that allows lab members to dynamically manage all content on the website without direct code manipulation.
Founded in December 2014, AIMS Lab is dedicated to fostering high-impact computer science research and development, focusing on both theoretical and applied aspects of modern computing technologies. Its mission is to investigate complex problems and develop innovative technological solutions that create a positive societal impact, improve quality of life, and contribute significantly to the scientific arena.
The public website provides a professional and engaging multi-page presence:

- Projects: Portfolio of research projects, categorized by status, with dedicated detail pages.
- People: Comprehensive directory of all lab personnel with detailed profile pages.
- Publications: Complete, sortable, and filterable list of all academic papers.
- Awards & News: Sections dedicated to showcasing accolades, press coverage, and video content.
- Gallery: A visual showcase of lab events, achievements, and moments, organized by year.
- Contact: An informative page with contact details and an embedded map.
A secure, role-based administrative area for managing all website content:
- Secure Authentication: A robust login system protecting all administrative functionalities.
- Full CRUD Capabilities: Administrators have Create, Read, Update, and Delete permissions across the entire site.
- Modular Management: Dedicated interfaces for Personnel, Project, Publications, and Content (homepage slider, awards, news, gallery images).
- Dynamic Linking: The system intelligently links projects and people profiles.
- Rich Text Editing: Integration with Angular Editor for formatted descriptions in projects and personnel profiles.
- File Uploads: A centralized and easy-to-use interface for uploading images.
